Cauliflower Hash Browns Recipe | Guilt Free Hash Brown Recipe | Low Carb Hash Brown - Healthy Kids Snack Recipe

Cauliflower Hash Browns
Recently I see more food recipe videos shared by many popular pages On Facebook. And some of the recipes are really interesting and tempting to try. I have tried few recipes and noted down few to try and this Cauliflower Hash Brown is one such recipe I saw it on Facebook. This Cauliflower Hash Browns recipe is a simple and  healthy snack for kids.
I just added one extra ingredient from that video, Corn Starch for crispiness and binding. The flavor was so good and my kids loved it, all the guilt free hash browns vanished in no time. These are perfect for breakfast too along with a fruit and milk. If you are ok with egg in the recipe, then you must try this :) You can also make it spicy by adding cayenne pepper or chilli powder and some dried herbs for extra flavor. But with salt and pepper alone tastes yumm :)

GOBI MANCHURIAN / GOBI MANCHURIAN DRY RECIPE / CAULIFLOWER MANCHURIAN RECIPE

Gobi Manchurian is a very popular and delicious Indo-Chinese Appetizer that is loved by all ages. Gobi Manchurian is a simple and easy to make appetizer in which the deep fried cauliflower florets are tossed in tangy and mild spicy sauce flavored with garlic and spring onions. I am a big fan of Manchurian recipes and Chicken Manchurian is my most favorite. This vegetarian Gobi Manchurian is much easy than the chicken Manchurian. Its been long time since i made this Gobi Manchurian, even the Gobi 65 was made long long back when i blogged here. I monthly once or twice make deep fried snacks like vada or pakora but not this cauliflower recipes. Simply i do not like to deep fry cauliflower or veggies as such so mostly i prefer for masal or Dal vada and pakoras. Plus my diet plan will not let me to make such snacks but for my kids and blog sake make it once in a while. Today also for blog sake prepared this Gobi Manchurian and served it for lunch along with Vegetable Fried Rice.  As usual i did not use artificial colours and ajinimotto in this Indo-Chinese preparation also, again a simple version with basic ingredients with no compromise in taste. My kids loved it a lot and the little one requested to make it again and again :) Now off to the recipe...

Cauliflower Kheema / Gobi Kheema Recipe

Kheema / Keema is a minced meat curry but typically minced mutton curry is often mentioned as Kheema. But it can also be done with any kind of meat and even with fresh vegetables and soya. I have already shared the recipe for Soya Kheema/Soya Granules Kheema. And i have tried with crumbled Tofu and Cauliflower also. Today am sharing the Cauliflower kheema recipe. This is nothing but a grated caulfilower curry with peas and mild spices. This Gobi Keema pairs well with Rotis, Dosa and even as a sandwich filling. Or you can make it as a kati roll with some spiced onions, green chutney with plain paratha. Actually i wanted to present this Cauliflower keema like kati roll but, was run out of time hubby came for lunch little earlier that day so i clicked the pictures in a hurry. Later for my kids i made roll with this gobi keema and they liked it and surprisingly asked one more. This Gobi Keema is perfect for a mess free lunch box either with chapathis as roll or as a Keema Sandwich.

Life without gadgets - laptop, internet, mobile is something different and also bit boring, today we had some internet issue and got the connection after 6 pm. I felt that I was left in an Island without no people around me. I even could not make India call or chat/call with any friends as my Landline also needs wifi. I don't know how to spend the day without my laptop and mobile but you know the day went very well, did some useful work.

Calzone / Tandorri Gobi Calzone / Calzone With Spiced Cauliflower

Its my long time wish to Bake Calzone and it happened last week with successful result. Calzone is nothing but a folded pizza. Typically Calzone is made with usual pizza toppings and mozzarella cheese.  I had already tried Pizza - Veggie Lover'. But this time wanted to try topping/stuffing with Indian touch so i used Tandoori Gobi. First i thought of making it with paneer but felt it would be more filling n added calories, so tried with Cauliflower :) The Calzone turned out so perfect and tasted soft, delicious n spicy with Tandoori Gobi/Spiced Cauliflower stuffing. Its so easy to make and u can choose any desired filling. The recipe as follows...

Mix Veg Paratha / Mixed Vegetable Paneer Paratha / Mixed Veg Stuffed Paratha - Kids Lunch Box Recipe!

During my Knee treatment i was not able to walk, cook or do any work by own, that time H managed to cook and took care of me n my kids. I had already posted a similar recipe but without potato/aloo and cauliflower but with capsicum and cabbage. That;s also one of my kids' fav recipe, check out the link for Veg Paneer Chapathi Roll.

Jeera Gobi / Cauliflower Sabzi With Cumin N Cilantro

Again I am back with another interesting and flavor rich sabzi with Cauliflower/Gobi. This is a kind of dry sabzi with more onions and spices. I have a strong like/love to this combo - ginger, chilli, cilantro, the unique flavor n the strong spicy taste tempts me a lot....I have used this combination in many of my recipes like,Sweet corn Cilantro rice,Corn Adai,Gobi Paratha,Coconut chutney. I tried this recipe long back for Julie's EP series event ~ Cumin n cilantro but becoz of my health issue i couldn't able to send it in time. So Sorry dear!! I used blanched cauliflower florets for this sabzi and didin't cook it for long time, this way cauliflower stayed crunchy and absored all the spices and tasted so good. Do give it a try and let me know the result.

Gobi Paratha / Cauliflower Stuffed Paratha

Weekly once i make stuffed parathas, since its easy to feed my kids vegs / dal/ paneer in this way. They love to eat stuffed parathas, that too love Aloo Paratha a lot. Recently made gobi parathas and thought to share with you all. Stuffing gobi and rolling it was a little messy job, since cauliflower had more moisture in it so most of the time i prefer this method only. In this way you can squeeze out all excess moisture and can be made easily and quick stuffed parathas. Now to the recipe...
