Easy 2 ingredients Rose Milk Recipe. Rose Milk is a healthy and natural coolant drink, you can enjoy this drink any time of the year. I have used sabja/basil seeds in the Rose Milk to make it healthy and delicious. If you get fresh Paneer roses then you can make the Rose Syrup also at home which is even more healthy and fresh. Here, I have used Store Bought Rose Syrup.

Ingredients 
  1. Cold Milk - 2-2.5 cups(whole Milk/full fat milk) 
  2. Rose Syrup 3 Tbsp 
  3. Sugar or Honey 1-2 Tbsp(I skipped)
  4. Ice Cubes as needed 
  5. Fresh Mini Rose Petals for garnishing(optional)

Method
  • If using basil seeds, Soak 1 tsp basil seeds in 1/4 cup of water for minimum 15 minutes or overnight in the fridge.
  • In a large pitcher add milk and rose syrup stir well until the syrup dissolves completely and combine well with milk.
  • Taste it and adjust according to your preference by adding more milk or syrup, if needed add honey or sugar syrup or sugar.
  • The prepared rose milk can be stored in the refrigerator and served later when needed.
  • To serve, in a serving glass, add some ice cubes, pour prepared rose milk and add couple of tsp of soaked basil seeds, garnish with fresh rose petals and enjoy the drink right away.
