I made this noodles for my little son's Birthday Party few years back and everyone loved it including kids. Little spicy for them but they still loved it with some tomato ketchup & some butter on noodles.

Chilli Garlic Noodles Recipe

I recommend using sesame oil for this recipes, since it adds flavor and also minimizes the heat from garlic and chillies. I used chilli flakes, Guntur Dry Red chilli, fresh Serrano Pepper and for nice color added Kashmiri Chilli Powder. The Guntur Chilli variety was spicy compared to normal variety, so use accordingly. Using Serrano pepper is optional you can skip or replace with green chilli or Jalapeno Pepper
