Coconut Besan Burfi Recipe | Besan Burfi With Coconut | Besan Burfi Diwali Sweet Recipe

Besan Burfi
Easy to Make Coconut Besan Burfi Recipe with step by step photos. Besan Ki Burfi was in my to do list, I have tasted Besan Burfi prepared by my friend. She makes Besan Ki Burfi for all special occasions at their house. But V doesn't like the authentic Besan Burfi with gram flour and lots of ghee. Hence I wanted to make Besan Burfi with some change and found this Coconut Besan Burfi recipe Here. This recipe was so simple and has our favorite coconut addition in the burfi. So immediately without any second thought tried it. The burfis turned out super good and Besan paired well with coconut and the burfis tasted so good and melts in mouth like Ghee Mysore Pak. I stored this Burfis in an air container for Diwali.

Besan Ladoo Recipe | Besan Mawa Ladoo | Besan Ladoo With Milk Mawa

Besan Ladoo Recipe
Besan Ladoo is one of the Popular North Indian Sweet that can be made easily, instanly without much effort. The Traditional Besan Ladoo is loaded with ghee, so rich and delicious sweet. But this Besan Ladoo recipe uses less ghee and I got this recipe from my neighbor Aunt. She actually suggested to make Besan ladoo with Sashini/Sugar syrup. Auntie told that she prepares Besan Ladoo with sashini/sugar syrup. But i was not confident with the sugar syrup method so I used powdered sugar instead.

KaraSev / KaraSev Recipe / Spicy Sev Recipe

Its been ages i had this spicy and yummy karasev. Though this is not my favorite snack i love to have this as a side with rice and rasam. But The karasev which is available here are not good, crispy and i do not like it. So i decided to try it by myself and that's the only way to taste a very good kara sev :)
Here's another Diwali snack from Spicy Treats, my version of karasev-crispy, spicy and mild soft karasev. This is one quick version and you can make instantly. Traditionally this Kara sev made using karasev ladle but i used murukku press for making this kara sev with the wide holes achu /plate. This time I tried it Vegan without using butter and it turned out perfectly.

Aloo Capsicum Bajji / Potato Bell Pepper Fritters / Potato Bajji

Bhaji, deep fried snack using gram flour with any desired veg like potato, onion, capsicum, brinjal, Banana Pepper and even with paneer n bread slices. It's one of the easy Indian snack which u can make it in jiffy. My favorite is Milagai Bajji and this Potato Bajji. But due to health & calorie conscious not making this fritters often but once in a while would love to have one or two bajjis. That too this chill evenings made me to crave for such hot & spicy fritters. So after a very long time I made this yummy bajji last week and served along with ginger cardamom tea for our evening snack. It was Very refreshing n filling. As i don't have banana pepper in hand i used capsicum and we loved it. Now off to the recipe...

Compared to other Indian Festivals, Diwali is more special and more joyful celebration to us. From my childhood days we celebrate this festival in more grand way, more shopping, new dresses, fire crackers, sweets & savories and lots n lots of happiness and smile. The most important and happiest part of this festival is "Sharing" - sharing greetings, happiness, sweets etc.
