Aloo Masala Toast

My kids love Bread recipes for breakfast or for after school snacks. So for them I try to bake Simple Sandwich Bread at home and it is one of the best way to keep house warm during winter days. If not I buy Fresh bread as I don't like wholegrain breads, I stick with White or Honey Wheat.  If you have bread at home

then your breakfast or snack can be done in no time and One such simple recipe is Aloo Masala Toast, and this toast is so yummy and flavor rich. A must try recipe for potato lovers.

You can enjoy with simple Ketchup or with  Chaat Green Chutney Either way Aloo Masala Toast will taste delicious and very addictive.  If you have some boiled potatoes & bread in hand then this Aloo Toast will hardly take 10 minutes to prepare and enjoy. Feel free to use butter as we are using the raw masala and raw vegetables for the toast, butter adds nice flavor and also the veggies will get buttery taste which kids would love more.
