Another interesting recipe, spicy and tangy tomato stuffed Paniyarams. I have already tried and posted Musroom masala Stuffed Paniyarams, this is another successful attempt with tomato masala as stuffing. I made this for specially for the event, LGSS - Tomato guest hosting by my blogger friend Anu. Every time when i came to know about an event, i use to prepare myself to send at least one entry to that event. But unfortunately i couldn't send a single recipe to Her all events. But this time i decided and made this recipe in advance but because of one or the other event i was delaying to post this recipe and today is the last date to send entries. And today also i am bit latte, as my kids were not feeling well and i am also more tired with sleepless nights. From afternoon both were ok and now they were sleeping. So i am here to post the recipe soon before they wake up. Now to the recipe...
