Oven Roasted Broccoli / Roasted Broccoli With Bread crumbs

            Do you hate broccoli or don't like to eat broccoli in any form?? If so do please try this way you will not stop munching them..even kids will love to have these healthy flavorful crispy roasted broccoli.You can serve this as a starter or as a side dish. I added the leftover broccoli florets to my tomato gravy and served for dinner as a side dish for Chapathi. Simple yet delicious one.Here you go,
Ingredients
  1. Broccoli    1 medium size(cut in to bite size florets)
  2. Garlic   2 cloves(finely chopped)
  3. Pepper powder    to taste
  4. Salt   to taste
  5. Bread crumbs    2-3 tsp
  6. Extra virgin Olive oil    2 tsp
Method
  • Preheat oven to 400 degree Fahrenheit .
  • Wash n drain the cur broccoli florets and add to a bowl.
  • Add finely chopped garlic,pepper,salt n bread crumbs.
  • Toss everything along with olive oil and spread them in a oven safe baking tray/plate.
  • Bake it for 12-15 minutes or until broccoli turns light crisp n tender.

  15. I like broccoli but I usually make them steamed. This is definitely a much tastier recipe. We lived in India for 5 years and we all love Indian food. My daughter especially loves tasty and spicy food...she's hungrycaramella.blogspot.I'll tell her about you. I'm following you from Rome!
