Pigeon Peas Tomato Bath

Pigeon peas/Tuvarai  fresh vegetable form of Tuvar Dal.This recipe is nothing but the same Arisi Paruppu Sadham of my mom's recipe .She use to make this simple one pot meal more delicious by adding more tomatoes and garlic. She use to make it with tuvar dal,for a change i tried with frozen Pigeon peas/Tuvarai...taste was same like Arisi paruppu sadham with mild tangy n garlic flavor.Brinjal poriyal, potato fry, vazhakkai varuval or a simple mango pickle are best combination for this rice.
