Savory Semolina Cake / Savory Semolina Carrot Cake

From this Month, For Love2Bake event you have an option to post any 3 Mondays in a Month but the event runs every Monday. And also no linky tool and the participants don't need to link to my post rather just link back to My Event Page. And if you are interested can share your Love2Bake recipes on our Facebook Group. And today Monday am here with a Savory Bake for Love2Bake event, Savory Semolina Cake. I bookmarked this cake from Neha's blog long back and finally baked it today. This is a spicy flavorful soft savory cake loaded with carrot & peas. Delicious filling cake that can be served as snack or a meal for Breakfast along with some fruits & milk. The cake tasted so good and we had it with Chaat Chutneys. A must try for all who love savory bakes. This is an egg free, butter free, gluten free cake.

By that time the cake is done, it was 4.30 but still it was little bright so i arranged the table quickly to take pictures but unfortunately no battery in the camera I managed to click few pictures but it went off within few minutes. Then i let it charge but all of a sudden it went complete dark so i couldn't take pictures in day light and instead I clicked under day light bulb ;) As everyone at home loved this cake will be making it soon and update the post with much better pictures.
