Aloo Tikki Chaat Recipe | Aloo Tikki Dahi Chaat | Dahi Tikki Chaat Recipe | Stuffed Aloo Tikki Chaat

Aloo Tikki / Stuffed Aloo Tikki Chaat recipe with step by step photos. I have already shared the recipe for Aloo Tikki/How to Make Aloo Tikki, this is slightly different from that recipe. Here, i used stuffed aloo tikkis for chaat. For stuffing I used Whole moong/Green Moong but you can also use yellow moong or plain aloo tikkis to make tikki chaat. Likewise, adding yogurt/curd to chaat is purely optional.

The ingredients and the recipe may sound difficult and time taking but if you have chaat chutneys in hand then the preparation of tikkis takes only 20 minutes. You can also use store bought sev for quicker version.  It is worth spending time for making chaats at home, since nothing can beat the freshly prepared chaats flavor and taste. And also very healthy if you make it at home. After trying chaats at home, I am not liking store bought chaats these days. In shops they add artificial colors to Sweet Chutney and in most of the shops they use sour curd which I don't like with chaats. For chaats, always use fresh curd mixed with some salt and sugar.
