idli chaat without papdis
Notes:
Do not use hot idlis to make dahi chaat. Use it when the idlis are completely cooled or use left over idlis.
If you was you can toast the idlis in tawa with oil and idli podi and use it to make chaat.
I liked it this way without oil and toasting.
If you wan you can also add some finely grated carrot, finely chopped onion & cilantro for even more colorful and filling chaat.
Adding salt & sugar to the curd/yogurt gives mild sweet & good taste to curd.
Idli Milagai podi pairs so well with yogurt & chaat chutneys but if you don't have it in and skip it.
You can refrigerate the chaat, and serve chilled. IF so, add papdis and sev just before serving.
