Cabbage Aloo Sabzi | Potato Cabbage Dry Curry | Aloo Cabbage Sabzi Recipe

Cabbage Aloo Sabzi
I like to make dry curry or sabzi with Cabbage for Phulka or sometimes to go with Dosa. Once my neighbor friend gave some rotis and sabzi for us when I was sick and under treatment. That sabzi which she gave was prepared using cabbage and potato combo which my kids loved it a lot. I was happy that my kids loved eating cabbage sabzi because of  some potatoes in it. So, why not to cook it my way for them and even we liked the combo.
This cabbage aloo sabzi or potato cabbage dry curry is a very simple and easy to make side dish for rotis/phulkas. It requires simple ingredients and less time to make this healthy and filling side dish. This sabzi is perfect for making wrap or roll for kids lunch box. You can also drizzle some green chutney or tomato ketchup or simply the sabzi alone for roti roll, my kids love to have wrap/roll kind of stuff for their lunch box.

Green Peas Cabbage Vada

Simply i tried vada/vadai with dried green peas and little chana dal. the flavor was bit different but the taste and crispness was similar to Masal Vadai/Dal Vada.Grinding part bit difficult to me, if u have processor or Indian mixie it works easy for you. I used more cabbage n less onion to this vada and was totally different and yummy. I made this for our tea time snack and enjoyed this chill evening with hot n spicy vada n coffee. Do try this enjoy. Cabbage Paratha / Purple Cabbage Paratha

Today's recipe is Cabbage Paratha, this time i used purple cabbage instead the green one. Taste doesn't differ only the color. This is so flavorful and fiber rich paratha. Freshly chopped/grated cabbage, onions and other ground spices mixed along with the whole wheat flour and kneaded to a dough to make tasty and healthy "Cabbage Parathas". Grated cabbage will be easy for rolling the parathas but i used the chopped one and also i added more cabbage so i found little tough while rolling and then tried making like Adai. that was simple and quick. I served this paratha along with coconut coriander chutney which suits well and it was a delightful dinner .Now to the recipe.
Ingredients
  1. Whole wheat flour   2 cups
