Tomato Roast/Tomato Dosa

I love stuffing dosa more...like my cauliflower roast,Paneer Potato masal roast n mushroom roast heres another special dosa variety...Tomato roast/Thakkali Roast. My cousin sister use to make this tomato dosa, but i forgot her recipe n tried it in my own way with freshly grounded spices...mild tangy, little spicy and was excellent with dosa.My kutties, like me they also love stuffed/spread dosa than regular dosa with chutney or sambar. Try this !!!
